In Germany, a climate denier lobby is doing everything it can to gain political influence and convince the public that there is no need for climate protection. They are supported in this by an American institute that is financed, among other things, by the oil and gas industry.

Is there a network of climate deniers in Switzerland too? And if so, how influential are they and do Swiss parties also seek advice from them?

 

For the “Social Video & Digital Journalism” module at ZHdK Cast, the focus was on the conception and production of a journalistic investigative video and its distribution in social media. To do this, I went to look for a climate denier network in Switzerland during the first three weeks of the lockdown.
